Welcome to the web site of CrowdCover Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CrowdCover," "CrowdCover Services," "we," "us," or "our"). CrowdCover owns and operates certain web sites, including http://www.crowdcover.app, and we offer various marketing and promotional services, including community web sites affiliated with Brands, as well as mobile applications and other features ("Services").

Account and Inquiries: If you are a brand, prospective customer, or influencer, we collect your Personal Data when you visit our websites, sign up for a webcast, event, or request information about our services. This includes your first and last name, job title, company name, email address, mailing address, payment and billing information, phone number, country location, and potentially your social media data & usage, personal preferences data unique to the company, and on-site usage & behavioral information.

 

Personal Data Provided by You: When you voluntarily provide such data during your interactions with our services, we collect it. This may happen when you contact us with inquiries, respond to our surveys, register for access to our Services, use our Services, or participate in activities on the Services. Data collected may include your name, profile photo, email, birthday, gender, location, hometown, current city/state/country, brands you mention, IP address, topics/keywords you use, your social post performance, contact preferences, and passwords.

 

Social Media Data: When you provide us access to your social media accounts, we collect necessary information to enable our Services to access that Social Media Service. We will collect the information described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below if you choose to register using your existing social media account details.

 

Application Data: If you use our application(s), we may also collect geolocation information, mobile device access, mobile device data, and push notifications if you choose to provide us with access or permission.

Personal Data Collected on Behalf of Brands: We collect information about influencers with whom Brands engage on Social Media Services under the direction of our Brands. If you are a User of one of our Brands and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Brands that use our Services or you would like to access, correct or request deletion of your data, please contact the Brand that you interact with directly.

 

Passively Collected Data: When you interact with our Services, we may passively collect certain types of information through automatic data collection tools including cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, embedded web links, and similar technology.

 

Sensitive Information: We process sensitive information about a person's sex life or sexual orientation, information revealing race or ethnic origin, political opinions, and religious or philosophical beliefs only when necessary, with your consent, or as permitted by law.

Sending administrative information regarding the CrowdCover Services, as well as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
